摘要
环模制粒机是饲料机械四大主机之一，很大程度上决定了饲料加工产量，在饲料加工过程中占有非常重要的地位。目前，国内在环模制粒机制粒机理方面的研究几乎是空白，而且制粒机与国外同类型设备相比仍然存在结构不合理，生产效率偏低、能耗偏高等缺陷，这极大地制约了产品的国际竞争力。研究环模制粒机理与结构优化技术，对提升饲料机械整体设计、制造水平，促进饲料工业的发展具有重要的理论意义与实用价值。

Abstract
Rotating ring die pellet mill is the key device of producing pellet feed，to a large extent determines the production of feed processing．And now Rotating ring die pellet mill is widely used in animal husbandry,poultry industry,fisheries，and so on．At present，the pelleting mechanism study ofthe rotating ring die pellet mill is few in china．Comparing the pellet mill with the same type of foreign，there are still many defects，such as irrational structure，low productivity,high energy consumption，which significantly restricted the international competitiveness of our products．studying the pelleting mechanism and structural optimization of rotating ring die pellet mill，to enhance the whole machine designing and manufacturing level，to promote the development of feed industry has an important theoretical significance and practical value．
