法兰弯头注塑模具是模具工业的重要组成部分,在很大程度上反应了一个国家的工业水平。塑料在当今世界无处不用,因此塑料模具有很大发展,特别是注塑模。
本文设计了法兰弯头注塑模具。要求通过对注塑件的分析,确定模具的结构形式,进行相关尺寸的计算,包括分型面选择、明确型芯、浇注系统的类型;计算凹、凸模零件工作尺寸,计算型腔壁厚、底板厚度;确定注塑机型号,计算和确定模具主要零件及尺寸,进行模具的三维模型设计、画出模具装配图。
本次设计介绍了法兰弯头模具中各个系统的设计,其中包括浇筑系统设计,成型零部件的设计,导向机构的设计,推出机构的设计、温度调节系统的设计、排气系统的设计。最后用proe建立三维模型,并导出cad装配图。

Flange elbow injection mold is an important part of the mold industry,which largely reflects the industrial level of a country. Plastic is not used in today's world,so plastic mold has a great development,especially injection mold.
This paper designs the injection mould of flange elbow. It is required to determine the structure form of the mould through the analysis of the injection molded parts,and to calculate the relevant dimensions,including parting surface selection,clear core,gating system type;calculate the working size of concave and punch parts,calculate cavity wall thickness,bottom plate thickness;determine injection molding machine type,calculate and determine the main parts and dimensions of the mould,carry out the 3D model design of the mould and draw the assembly drawing of the mould.
This design introduces the design of each system in the flange elbow die,which includes the design of pouring system,the design of forming parts,the design of guiding mechanism,the design of launching mechanism,the design of temperature regulating system,and the design of exhaust system. The 3D model is built with proe and the cad assembly drawing is derived.
