智能机械按摩椅研发的核心在于其机械装置的设计,结合人体工程学和传统中医按摩理论,设计了一款按摩椅机械装置,并对其进行运动学、动力学仿真和力学性能分析。使用机械按摩可放松肌肉并缓解疲劳,在一定程度上缓解青年人在长期作业中积累的疲劳。针对青年用户对理想按摩椅的使用需求,对背部按摩装置进行了分段式设计,并对各分段部位的按摩头位置、按摩方式、机械构造等进行针对性设计。其中,头颈段和肩背段采用固定式按摩机芯,腰部段采用行走式按摩机芯,以此设置适应相应部位的按摩方式。
本次设计采用机械创新设计完成了按摩椅的多个功能的实现。产品背部按摩部分通过动滑轮、定滑轮和限位开关等实现按摩轮上下滚动按摩,避免物理损伤;在主传动轴两端采用形位配合与夹持装置,实现轴向滑动与周向转动,通过主传动轴的运动分流实现背部和腰部的运动协调控制。论文详细论述了该智能机械按摩椅的功能设计、结构设计、运动和受力分析、材料选用和校核等,并利用PRO/E三维设计软件对零件建模,完成智能机械按摩椅的三维造型和运动仿真。

The core of research and development of intelligent mechanical massage chair lies in the design of its mechanical device,combining with ergonomics and traditional Chinese medicine massage theory,a massage chair mechanical device is designed,and its kinematics,dynamics simulation and mechanical performance analysis are carried out. Using mechanical massage can relax muscles and relieve fatigue,and to some extent relieve the fatigue accumulated by young people in long-term work. To meet the needs of young users for the use of ideal massage chair,the back massage device is designed in sections,and the massage head position,massage method and mechanical construction of each segment are designed in a targeted manner. Among them,head and neck section and shoulder back section adopt fixed massage machine Core,the waist of the use of walking massage movement,so as to set the appropriate part of the massage.
This design adopts the mechanical innovation design to complete the realization of multiple functions of the massage chair. Product back massage part through moving pulley,fixed pulley and limit switch to achieve massage wheel up and down rolling massage,to avoid physical damage;in the main driving shaft at both ends of the shape and position matching and clamping device to achieve axial sliding and circumferential rotation,through the main driving shaft movement shunt to achieve back and waist movement coordination control. The paper discusses in detail the function design,structure design,movement and force analysis,material selection and checking of the intelligent mechanical massage chair,and makes use of PRO/E 3D design software to model the parts to complete the intelligent mechanical massage chair 3D modeling and motion simulation.
