烧结杯系统控制实现从配料、混合到烧结杯以及除尘、能源介质等附属设施的整体控制，并通过与原料系统，高炉系统的联网数据信息交流，实现管理控制一体化。烧结杯车间采用集中式管理，自动化系统采用S7-400系列PLC作为控制系统的核心，变频器采用ABB公司的ACS550系列，其参数的检测、控制、报警等，均由计算机控制系统实现。配料和混料系统采用PLC 计算机控制系统，主要完成电气自动化控制和仪表自动化控制，可以实现过程的监视、控制、调节以及对设备各个子系统的监控,I/O 信号 (数字量，模拟量)实现和电气控制设备及一次仪表之间的数据传递,实现管控一体化的控制,并可把采集到的信息传递到上位机。其中，烧结杯配料系统选用核子秤自动配料系统，采用主皮带配料方案，圆盘给料机采用变频调速方式进行控制，具体选用JRPL3定型系统，这样将控制分散而管理集中的方式，保证了系统高可靠的控制性能和管理功能。软件设计控制任务由S7-400可编程序控制器来完成，过程监视及远程操作由WINCC 来完成。

The control of sintering system realizes from in quality control of burdening, mixing, sintering and dust removal, energy lie subsidiary facilities in etc, and pass with the raw materials system, the networking data information interchange of the blast furnace system, realize management control integrates whole turn. The workshop of sintering adopt centralized type management, the automated system adopts S7-400 series PLC core as the control system, the frequency converter adopts ACS550 series of ABB Company, the measuring and controlling, alarm of its parameter，etc., realized by the computer control system. The burdening system and the mixing system adopt PLC computer control system, finish electric automation control with instrument automation controlling mainly, can realize course is monitored, controls, regulates and the control to each subsystem of the equipment, I/O signal (figure amount, analog quantity) realizing and the datum transmission between electric control equipment and once gauge a control for of data delivering, realize being in charge of accusing of integrated control, and the information that get gathering is transmitted to the location going to machine. Among them, the burdening of sintering system chooses to use the nuclear steelyard to go together with to anticipate the system automatically, adopting the main leather belt go together with to anticipate the project, the circle dish gives to anticipate the machine the adoption changes the frequency adjusts soon the way proceeds the control, choosing to use the JRPL3 already set system in a specific way, scattering about the control like this but the way that management concentrates, guaranteed the high and dependable control in system function with manage the function. The software design controls the mission to complete from the programmable preface in S7-400 controller, the process keeps watch on and the long range operates to complete from the WINCC.
