摘要
我们这次毕业设计课题是工业锅炉的微机DDC控制系统,根据现状,由于我国的整个锅炉生产技术水平还比较落后,所以我国燃烧供热所用的锅炉的燃烧效率还相当低,而且也使得锅炉的燃烧不充分,而造成大气污染加重,所以这就迫切要求我们的锅炉技术得到提高。
随着科学技术的不断发展人们开始利用各种先进的仪器和技术组成计算机控制系统来代替人工复杂的控制操作,直接数字控制DDC系统(Direct Control),便是其中之一。直接数字控制DDC系统,它是工业生产计算机控制系统中用的最广泛的一种系统应用形式,在这类系统中的计算机,除了经过输入通道对多个工业过程参数进行巡回检测采集外,它还代替了模拟调节系统中的模拟调节气,按预定的调节规则进行调解运算,然后将运算结果通过过程输出通道输出并作用于执行机构,以实现多回路调节的目的。
我们这次设计就是以双交叉燃烧控制为基础作的,利用前馈—串级—比值控制系统对整个工作过程加以严格控制,模拟实物进行的设计。
本设计锅炉的燃烧控制是采用双交叉控制系统,是以维持合适的空气、燃料比值为手段,从而保证了较高的热效率。也就是利用一个测烟道中的氧含量的传感器(氧化锆)随时测的氧含量,信号在计算机处理后,利用一个串级控制系统进行调节空气和燃气的流量,同时在这之间我们加入了一个前馈控制系统,即在燃料的流量和计算机之间,把燃料的流量通过前馈信号提前进入计算机,从而通过计算机总的模块的控制而去调节空气的流量,使得空气和燃气之间维持在最佳的搭配量。
我们在设计开始之初,我们翻阅了大量的相关资料,在热力公司进行了参观,对锅炉的整体构造以及锅炉的控制形式有了一个初步的模型。我们在本设计的第二章中系统的介绍了燃烧锅炉的基本构造和工作过程。
为了进一步模拟锅炉的微机控DDC制系统我们在报告中的第六章的硬件选型中,对锅炉的控制系统所需的元件也进行了选择,比如传感器,变送器,控制器,执行器,变频器,以及各种模块等等。
由于现代化的技术发展,计算机在现代化的生产中体现了非常重要的作用,同样我们在这次设计中也利用计算机软件的作用,第八章详细介绍了工业组态软件GENIE软件,及组态的过程。
整个报告共分为八个部分,对工业锅炉的微机DDC控制系统进行了较全面的叙述。
