摘 要
随着我国经济的发展,电梯作为一种不可缺少的垂直运输的交通工具,它和人类的日常生活关系密切。电梯集中了机械原理、电气控制技术等多门学科以及技术于一体的机电设备,此次设计以650㎏乘客电梯为基础,根据所学的电梯知识,通过对电梯关键机械部分进行设计,比如:曳引机、钢丝绳,先进行设计、选择,然后进行具体的计算,确定各部分机构的参数尺寸,关键机械部分进行三维建模,然后进行动画仿真,最后用AUTO CAD画出电梯起升机构中的关键部分,如:限速器、操纵装置、安全钳、缓冲器等以及电梯系统总图,电梯机构对安全性能要求较高,此次设计后对关键部分进行校核,如曳引机、钢丝绳等。

Abstract
As China's economic development, the elevator as an indispensable vertical transportation vehicles. It is closely related to daily life and human. Elevator focused on mechanical principles applied electrical control technology and other subjects and technology in one of the mechanical and electrical equipment, the passenger elevator designed to 650㎏ basis, according to the elevator knowledge learned through the design of the elevator key mechanical parts design , for example: hoisting machines, wire rope,, to design, select, and then carry out specific calculations to determine the parameters of the size of each part of the body, the key part of the mechanical 3D modeling, animation and simulation, and finally draw the elevator AUTO CAD lifting mechanism of the key parts, such as: speed limiter, controls, safety gear, buffers, etc. as well as an elevator system master plan, an elevator mechanism for higher safety requirements, the key part of the design is to be checked, such as hoisting machines, wire rope and so on.
