摘要:本装置设计了一个无线电能传输系统,主要利用了磁耦合谐振的理论来进行无线电能传递装置的设计,从而实现短距离、小功率的能量传递,进而给负载LED灯供电。
本系统主要由6个模块组成:220VAC转18VAC降压模块,整流滤波模块,DC-DC降压稳压电路,高频功率驱动电路,LC振荡电路以及MSP430单片机控制显示模块等。
前级电路主要是为了方便实用,无需单独提供直流电压源作为电能输入。电路选用变压器将220V市电转换为18V交流电压,经由桥式整流、简易电容滤波等将交流电压转换为直流变压,再经过直流降压稳压模块固定输出15V和5V直流电压,分别供后级电路电能输入以及控制器供电使用。
发射电路由单片机产生一个频率可调的PWM信号,然后经高频功率驱动电路再通过线圈谐振发射电能,过程中步进调节并用LCD1602实时显示PWM信号频率便于匹配收、发振荡电路的固有频率,从而使得电磁能量以最佳频率高效传输。
接收电路则直接通过线圈谐振耦合接收电能,经整流滤波再次转换为直流电压给负载供电。该系统使用简单,调整方便,功能完备。

Abstract: By using magnetic coupling resonant radio transmission technology, this system, a wireless power transmission system, can achieve a short distance and low power radio energy transmission, and then light the LED located at the load end.
The system is composed of 6 circuit modules, including 220 V turned to18 V AC circuit module, Rectifier filter module, DC - DC step-down voltage stabilizing circuit, high frequency power drive circuit, LC oscillation circuit and MSP430 single chip microcomputer control and display module, etc..
Conveniently and practically, the front-end circuit is without the need for a separate source of DC voltage as the electrical energy input. It use transformer to transform the 220V mains to 18V AC voltage, after a bridge rectifier and multilevel filter converts AC to DC voltage, then through fixed DC voltage regulator module 15V and 5V DC voltage output, respectively, supply for circuit power input and the micro-controller.
Meanwhile, transmission circuit generated a adjustable frequency PWM signal by single chip microcomputer, and then use the high frequency power drive circuit and transfer power by resonance coil, in the process of which, that adjusting the frequency of PWM step by step and displaying it real-time on LCD1602 is easy to match with the natural frequency of the oscillation circuit, so as to make the best frequency electromagnetic energy to get an efficiently transport.
While receiving circuit receives the electric energy directly from magnetic coupling receiving coil, and through rectifier filter ,AC voltage converted into a DC voltage again to supply the load LED. Finally, it is simple to use and easy to adjust.
