厂用变电所是电力系统的重要组成部分,它直接影响整个电力系统的安全与经济运行,是联系发电厂和用户的中间环节,起着变换和分配电能的作用。
这次设计以车间变电所从本厂35kv/10kv总降压变电所用架空线路引入10kv电源,电缆线路长5km,分析变电站的原始资料确定厂用变电所的主接线;通过负荷计算确定主变压器台数、容量及型号。根据短路计算的结果,对厂用变电所的一次设备进行了选择和校验。同时完成配电装置的布置、防雷保护及接地装置方案的设计。

Power substation is an important part of power system. It directly affects the safety and economic operation of the whole power system. It is the intermediate link between power plants and users and plays the role of transformation and distribution of electric energy.
This design uses the workshop substation to introduce the 10KV power supply from the overhead line used in the 35KV/10KV substation of our factory, the cable line length is 5KM, and analyzes the original data of the substation to determine the main connection of the substation. Determine the number, capacity and type of main transformer through load calculation. According to the result of short circuit calculation, the primary equipment of substation is selected and checked. At the same time, complete the distribution device layout, lightning protection and grounding device design.
