针对常规变电站系统运行安全性低、电能质量可控性不高、运行维护工作量大等问题,设计了一种基于智能控制的变电站综合自动化监控系统,用于对变电站实时运行情况进行监控变电所计算机监控系统是采用面向对象的设计思想,并依托计算机技术、网络通信技术、现代控制技术及图形显示技术等将变电所集控制、测量及现代综合管理等功能集为一体的综合自动化系统。

变电站是电力系统的重要组成部分,其作用在于变换电压、汇集和分配电能,因此,变电站安全可靠运行与国民经济的发展密切相关。随着电力系统装机容量和供电地域的不断扩大,同时电能质量、供电可靠性、运行经济性的要求也越来越高。为了达到优质、安全可靠、经济的运行要求,必须建立经济合理、技术先进的变电站监控与保护系统,即实现变电站的综合自动化。近年来,变电站微机监控与保护技术的发展令人振奋,特别是将变电站微机监控与保护一体化的变电站综合自动化设计思路,促进了无人值班变电站的实现,可以利用远动技术使电网调度迅速而准确地获得变电站运行的实时信息,完整地掌握变电站的实时运行状态,及时发现变电站发生的保障并作出相应的决策和处理。
