摘要
课题所研究的内容主要是用可编程控制器(PLC)来设计电梯自动控制系统。由于大部分老式电梯的电控系统可靠性欠佳,用户寻求对电梯的电控系统进行改造,以节约资金。因此,对电梯控制技术进行研究,找出一条适合国产老式电梯的改造之路,并进而提高国产电梯的技术水平和质量,具有十分重要的意义。针对老式电梯采用的继电器逻辑控制方式存在功能弱、故障多、可靠性差和工作寿命短等缺陷,提出采用功能强、故障率低、可靠性高的可编程控制器(PLC)来控制电梯。本设计就以PLC作为工具对升降电梯的各种操作进行控制。先对六层电梯的硬件部分作分析,看需要什么样的开关,电机,信号灯等。然后,画出它的控制面板图,再根据控制面板图估计一下I/O点数,这样可以确定所选机型,然后在软件设计,写出流程图,梯形图,写出语句。

As most of the old elevator electric control system reliability is poor, the user seeking to upgrade the elevator's electronic control system to save money.
