基于台达PLC控制伺服定位系统的制作
摘要：本设计思路是通过PLC与驱动器通讯并实现系统定位，对伺服电机的控制方式为位置控制方式，PLC对驱动器输出‘脉冲+方向’指令。基于PLC具有强大的控制功能，此定位系统的控制器采用PLC，平台由X/Y两个方向台达伺服电机构组成。伺服电机是本定位系统中的重要设备，它能够为伺服定位系统提供重要的动力；其中通过PLC输出的脉冲多少与电机转速，齿比大小进行计算，实现平台绝对定位。本系统还采用光电传感器功能检测实际位置进行反馈给控制器，并实现原点回归，绝对定位，点动调整等功能。
人机界面，主要是为了更好的便于人员操作 也是系统与用户之间进行信息交换的媒介，以画面显示实现信息的内部形式与人类可以接受形式之间的转换。人机界面可以对现场设备进行监控和控制，及时采集系统信息，发现并处理故障，保证系统良好的运行， 是自动化生产的必然发展方向。

ABSTRACT: The idea is to design and implement communication systems positioned by the PLC and the drive to control the servo motor position control mode, PLC outputs to drive 'Pulse + direction' command. PLC-based control with powerful features, the positioning system controller with PLC control, the platform consists of two axes (X / Y) Delta servo mechanism. The positioning servo motor system is an important device, it can provide an important impetus for the servo positioning system; pulse motor speed is calculated by PLC outputs which achieve the platform location. The system also uses a photoelectric sensor function to detect the actual position feedback to the controller, and to achieve zero return, absolute positioning, inching adjustment and other functions.
Man-machine interface, the system and user interaction and information exchange between the media, which implements the information within the acceptable forms of the human form of conversion between. Man-machine interface field devices can be monitored and timely information collection system to identify and deal with failure to ensure the system is running well, is the inevitable development of automated production.
