摘 要
本次设计主要讲述可编程控制器与自动瓶装中的控制方法和原理,采用了新的检测方法,实现了整个生产线的自动化。本论文详细论述了自动瓶装控制系统的设计步骤,通过对自动瓶装系统的充分了解,以行业现状为出发点,结合其他行业自动控制技术的应用情况,提出了基于PLC的自动瓶装控制系统的基本结构。用可编程控制器设计了多移阀开启、破瓶检测、破瓶捡出、自动压盖等过程的自动控制。最后,简要介绍了组态软件,对模拟过程进行了详细的叙述,并附有自动瓶装控制系统的组态画面。本系统设计中完成了自动瓶装控制系统的硬件的配置和软件方面的设计,并利用组态软件实现了实时监控系统的设计。
矿泉水自动装瓶控制系统基于FX2N-32MR PLC的设计。该系统的设计包括硬件和软件方面。其中硬件部分的设计主要包括了三菱FX2N-32MR PLC外部电路的设计、安装;软件部分包括程序的设计、调试。系统最终能够实现下面几项功能:(1)对空瓶进行运送、自动瓶装,自动瓶装量依照空瓶大小设计确定;(2)对满瓶进行传送及统计数量,计数内容包括累计、单位包装计数,单位包装计数量可依照包装大小设计确定;(3)能够确保手动式复位。该系统采用了三菱可编程序控制器、传感器、继电器、行程开关等电器元件,利用PLC良好的自动控制,实现矿泉水自动瓶装生产过程的自动化控制。

ABSTRACT
This design mainly describes the control method and principle of PLC and automatic bottling,adopts a new detection method,realizes the automation of the whole production line. In this paper,the design steps of automatic bottling control system are discussed in detail. By fully understanding the automatic bottling system,taking the current situation of the industry as the starting point,combined with the application of automatic control technology in other industries,The basic structure of automatic bottling control system based on PLC is presented. The automatic control of multi-valve opening,bottle breaking detection,bottle pick-up,automatic cap pressing and so on is designed with programmable logic controller (PLC). Finally,the configuration software is introduced briefly,and the simulation process is carried out. A detailed description is given and a configuration screen of the automatic bottling control system is attached. The hardware configuration and software design of the automatic bottling control system are completed in the design of the system,and the real-time monitoring system is designed by using the configuration software.
The automatic bottling control system of mineral water is designed based on FX2N-32MR PLC. The design of the system includes hardware and software. The hardware design mainly includes the design and installation of Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR PLC external circuit,and the software part includes program design and debugging. Finally,the system can achieve the following functions: (1) delivery of empty bottles,automatic bottle loading according to the size of empty bottles design to determine; (2) carrying on the transmission and statistical quantity to the full bottle,the counting content includes accumulative,the unit packing quantity can be determined according to the packing size design; (3) can ensure manual reset. The system adopts Mitsubishi programmable controller,sensor,relay,stroke switch and other electrical components. The automatic control of automatic bottling process of mineral water can be realized by using good automatic control of PLC.
