摘 要
温湿度、二氧化碳以及PH值是蘑菇大棚重要的环境参数,参数过高或过低,都会影响蘑菇的生长。因此,设计一个蘑菇生长环境自动控制系统对提高蘑菇种植的产量和质量非常重要。
本系统以AT89S52单片机为核心构建硬件平台,对温湿度等多个参数进行检测,传感器的输出信号经调理电路转换为电压信号后接入多路模拟开关CD4067,经TLC0831模数转换送入AT89S52单片机进行相应的数据分析处理后输出信号控制电调节阀等执行器的动作。在软件的设计上,给出了系统的软件设计思想和流程,包括定时中断子程序、各环境参数监控子程序、键盘子程序、显示子程序等,并对系统进行了仿真调试。
该系统可扩展性强,配置简单,操作方便,具有通用性,有效地节省了人力物力。

Abstract
The temperature、humidity, CO2 and pH are important environmental parameters of mushroom greenhouse, they will affect the growth of mushroom under too high or too low condition. Therefore, an automatic environmental control system design of mushroom is very important to improve the yield and quality of mushroom cultivation.
This system uses AT89S52 chip as the core of the hardware platform. temperature、humidity and other parameters are detected by related sensors and their output signals are sent to multi-channel analog switch CD4067 after modulation. Then the output of analog switch are converted to digital signals by TLC0831 and compared with the set point stored in AT89S52 microcontroller. Accordingly to the difference, electric control valve and other actuators are controlled. As to software program, design idea and process of the control system are presented, including the timer interrupt subroutine, the environment parameters monitoring subprogram, keyboard subroutine, display subroutine and so on. Partial simulation debugging have done.
The system is extensible, easy to configure, easy to operate and versatile,which effectively saves manpower and material resources
