摘 要
锅炉水温控制系统属于典型的测控系统。锅炉水温控制涉及到到信号检测、单片机控制系统等系列设计内容,对于综合锻炼学生的单片机、传感器和控制技术等方面的综合知识和工程实践能力都具有一定的意义。锅炉是一种重要的能量转换设备,随着工业的不断发展,锅炉在各行各业当中的应用也显著增加,锅炉在运行时可以将电能、化学能等能量形式转化成有热量的蒸汽、高温液体等,通过复杂的物理化学变化以及一系列能量的传输过程实现锅炉的正常运转。
本文所要研究的课题是基于单片机控制的水温控制系统的设计,主要是介绍了对水箱温度的显示,实现了温度的实时显示及控制,水箱水温控制部分,用STC89C52单片机及LCD的硬件电路完成对水温的实时检测及显示,而炉内温度控制部分,由DS18B20检测炉内温度,用中值滤波的方法取一个值存入程序存取器内部一个单元作为最后检测信号,并在LCD中显示。以单片机为主机,使温度传感器通过一根口线与单片机连接,再加上温度控制部分和人机对话部分来共同实现温度的检测与控制。

The research topic of this paper is based on the design of the water temperature control system controlled by the single chip microcomputer. It mainly introduces the display of the temperature of the tank, realizes the real-time display and control of the temperature, the water temperature control part of the tank, and the hardware circuit of the STC89C52 single chip and the LCD Water temperature real-time detection and display, and the furnace temperature control part, by the DS18B20 furnace temperature detection, with the median filter method to take a value into the program accessor within a unit as the final detection signal, and the LCD display. To single-chip as the host, so that the temperature sensor through a mouth line and single-chip connection, coupled with the temperature control part and man-machine dialogue part to achieve the temperature detection and control.
