基于单片机的货车超重监测系统
摘要:针对当前由于超重而不断引起的重大交通事故,为减少因交通事故而造成人员伤亡和财产损失。本论文设计了一种货车超重控制装置。要求能够判断机动车是否超重,在超重时能够提供报警和显示超重的重量,并且能够实现对发动机打火系统的控制。本设计采用AT89C51单片机作为系统处理的核心,利用电阻应变式压力传感器将机动车载重量转换成电压信号;然后通过放大电路将电压信号放大后送到A/D转换芯片ADC0809转换成数字信号并计算出载重量;所得的载重量将送到单片机,单片机与设定的载重量作比较并判断是否超重,若超重LED显示超重的重量, 蜂鸣器开始报警;同时利用可控电流开关对货车的打火系统进行控制,从而最终实现对超重情况进行控制。车辆启动后单片机对载重量进行关中断,速度传感器发挥作用,从而避免行驶过程中因路面不平,颠簸而造成不必要的熄火。

Van overweight monitoring system based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract: Due to the current major accidents caused by overweight and continue to reduce traffic accidents and casualties and property losses. This paper designed a truck overweight control device. It requires the ability to determine whether the vehicle overweight, overweight can be provided at the time of the alarm and display the weight of overweight, and can achieve the engine ignition system control. This design uses AT89C51 microcontroller as the core system processing, the use of resistance strain gauge pressure sensor vehicle load into a voltage signal; and by amplifying the voltage signal amplification circuit to the A / D converter chip ADC0809 converted into a digital signal and calculating the load; the resulting deadweight will be sent to the microcontroller, the microcontroller is compared with the set of load and determine whether overweight, if overweight overweight weight LED display, buzzer alarm; while taking advantage of the controlled current switch on trucks ignition control system, and ultimately to achieve control of the overweight situation.
