摘 要
随着人们经济生活水平的提高,城市汽车数量不断增加,停车难问题已经成为一个十分严峻的社会问题,车库已成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的工具,自动车库门更是不断的普及,其运行的可靠性成为人们关注的焦点。为此,拟开发自动车库门控制系统设计。
本文对自动车库门机械部分设计和控制系统设计,针对自动车库门,本来可通过解析几何的方法确定连杆的尺寸和铰接位置,这虽然可以确定门板的运动轨迹,但并不易对其动力学进行分析研究,为了克服这一困难本论文给出了提升机构的ADAMS建模过程,对模型进行了仿真分析,并在此基础上,通过对数据作进一步分析与比较,对机构进行了故障分析并给出相应的解决方案;控制系统部分自动车库门主要有遥控、感应、电动、手动几种。 其中遥控、感应、电动都可统称为自动车库门。手动自动车库门和自动车库门主要区别是没有电动机,而自动车库门自动开闭装置,其特征在于有设置车库内与车库外的主控制系统,控制系统主要由单片机,手动开关,315M无线接收器,键盘,解码器,数码管等组成。
