摘 要
近年来城市生活垃圾的成分发生了很大变化，主要特点是垃圾密度降低，可压缩性增加，另一方面，近郊可用来填埋垃圾的场地越来越少，人们不得不考虑在远郊建立垃圾处理场所，运输费用占垃圾处理费用的比例较高，垃圾压缩转运可以很好地解决垃圾运输中的亏载问题，更有效地提高垃圾运载效率，降低垃圾转运频率，节省垃圾运输费用，改善交通拥挤状况和消除清运中的二次污染等，是城市生活垃圾集运的发展方向。本文对生活移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统进行了分析总结，在此基础上对所有方案进行选择，结合设计目标最终确定移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统为较优方案。针对移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统的功能特点，本文对其各大功能模块进行具体分析设计及校核，并对所需液压系统元件进行了详细设计，并研究了中转站所需的液压系统和电气控制系统。
