摘要

本论文先介绍了氨基酸发酵反应釜的概况,氨基酸发酵反应釜的设计背景及目的,氨基酸发酵反应釜国内外发展的现状,然后简要地说明了设计方法、理论依据及设计思路。
强度计算主要包括由给定工艺参数进行的筒体和夹套的力学分析氨基酸发酵反应釜液压试验校核支座、人孔、视镜的选择及强度校核搅拌装置的设计计算及搅拌器的选型和搅拌轴长度的确定
本文最后进行了氨基酸发酵反应釜的优缺点分析及改进方面分析,指出了氨基酸发酵反应釜设计中需要改进和优化的一些方面

Abstract

In this paper, the general situation of amino acid fermentation reactor, the design background and purpose of amino acid fermentation reactor, the development status of amino acid fermentation reactor at home and abroad are introduced, and then the design method, theoretical basis and design idea are briefly described.
The paper mainly introduces the calculation of process and the calculation of strength. The calculation of the process mainly takes the material balance based on the annual production of a kettle, the heat accounting of the given parameters, the calculation and verification of the actual heat transfer area.
The strength calculation mainly includes the mechanics analysis of the cylinder and the jacket by the given process parameters, the check of the hydraulic test of the amino acid fermentation reactor, the selection of the bearing, the manhole, the mirror and the strength check, the design calculation of the stirring device and Mixer selection and agitation shaft length determination.
In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of amino acid fermentation reactor and analysis of the improvement, pointed out that the amino acid fermentation reactor design needs to improve and optimize some aspects.
