目前,我国电厂烟道气的处理工艺不是很完善,许多电厂的烟道气只经过脱硫和脱硝之后便直接排放到大气中,这不仅造成了资源的浪费,还造成了环境的污染。 本设计旨在设计一种采用介孔氧化铝回收电厂烟道气中CO2的吸附工艺。该工艺年回收二氧化碳4万吨,采用变温吸附。此次设计的吸附装置在任何时候都有6个塔吸附,6个塔脱附使吸附剂再生,12塔交替工作,从而达到连续分离提纯二氧化碳。 本设计先对变温吸附进行流程简述,然后进行物料衡算与热量衡算,之后对风机、换热器、汽水分离器、吸附塔和缓冲罐等主要设备进行了计算和选型,并且进行了管道计算。本设计还绘制了物料流程图、管道及仪表流程图、设备布置图、管道布置图等。 关键词 电厂尾气 二氧化碳 变温吸附 介孔氧化铝 |

Title Process design of 40000 tons / year CO2 recovery and utilization
of tail gas from power plant
Abstract At present, China's power plant flue gas treatment process is not perfect, many power plant flue gas only after desulfurization and denitrification will be discharged into the atmosphere, which not only caused a waste of resources, but also caused environmental pollution. The purpose of this design is to design a kind of adsorption process of carbon dioxide in the flue gas of power plant using mesoporous alumina. The process recover 40000 tons of carbon dioxide every year, using temperature swing adsorption. The design of the adsorption device has 4 adsorption towers at any time and 6 columns of the adsorbent regeneration. 12 towers work alternately in order to achieve continuous separation and purification of carbon dioxide.
