水果罐头是以新鲜水果为主要原料,经过加工处理、罐装、排气、密封、加热杀菌、冷却等工序,达到商业无菌,从而延长食品保质期的一种保鲜食品。水果罐头具有营养丰富、安全卫生,且运输、携带、食用方便,便于保存等优点,可不受季节和地区的限制,随时供应消费者,无需冷藏就可长期贮存,这可以调剂食品的供应,改善和丰富人们的生活。
本设计主要是进行年产一万吨水果罐头工厂设计。根据当地资源、地理环境、政策环境等各项条件出发,选择以水果为主要原料。针对一万吨水果罐头项目的需要,进行了全厂总平面设计、车间平面设计、产品方案及工艺论证、设备选型、物料衡算、全厂卫生安全、辅助部门等研究与设计。

Canned fruit is based on fresh fruit as the main raw material, after processing, canning, degassing, sealing, heat sterilization, cooling and other processes to achieve commercial sterility, thereby extending the food shelf life of a fresh food. Canned fruits are rich in nutrients, safe and hygienic, and convenient to transport, carry, and eat, and are easy to store. They can be supplied to consumers at any time regardless of the season and region, and can be stored without refrigeration for a long time. This can adjust the supply of food and improve it. And enrich people's lives.
This design is mainly for the annual output of 10,000 tons of canned fruit factory design. According to the local resources, geographical environment, policy environment and other conditions, choose to use fruit as the main raw material. To meet the needs of the 10,000-ton fruit canned project, research and design were carried out for the overall plant layout design, workshop graphic design, product plan and process demonstration, equipment selection, material balance, whole plant health and safety, and auxiliary departments.
