年产2000吨冷鲜肉工厂设计
随着我国经济水平的进一步提高, 将进一步刺激人们的消费欲望。 而在人们的日常生活 中,肉类以其丰富的营养和纯香的口味深受人们的喜爱,它与人民大众的生活息息相关。在 肉类需求量增加的同时, 随着人们对生活质量要求的提高, 人们对肉类产品的要求也有了更 高的要求,主要体现在: 1、 冷鲜肉与其它肉食品种相比具有明显的优点, 首先冷却肉质地柔软多汁, 滋味鲜美, 气味芳香容易咀嚼,便于消化吸收,利用率高而且便于切割、烹制等。由于在冷却环境下表 面形成一层干油膜,冷却肉不脱水,水溶性维生素和水溶性蛋白质极少流失,完好保存了肉 的营养价值,并且阻止了微生物的侵入和繁殖。 2、冷鲜肉是在严格的检疫、质量管理和环境温度控制下加工、贮藏、销售的, 所以冷 鲜肉卫生安全,保质期较长(可达一周以上) 。
本设计通过广泛查阅资料,是在可行性研究及具体工艺探讨的基础上开展的。以“生产过程安全卫生,让顾客放心购买”为准则,设计2000吨/年冷鲜肉项目加工,预期在市场上推广冷鲜肉,自身获得经济效益的同时带动周边经济发展,创造社会效益。

This design is carried out on the basis of feasibility study and process discussion through extensive reference to data.Based on the principle of "production process safety and health, let customers feel relieved to buy", a 2000 ton / year cold fresh meat project is designed and processed. It is expected that the cold fresh meat will be popularized in the market, and its own economic benefits will be obtained and the surrounding economy will be promoted and social benefits will be created.
