摘 要
本设计为长沙市万达酒店空调设计,夏季供冷,冬季供热。该建筑面积为35305m2,空调面积为31205m2,建筑高度为91.700m。该建筑地下一层,主要为设备房;地上二十五层,其中一至三层为餐厅、会议室、酒吧、,四至二十二层为客房、会议室、宴会厅。
夏季采用冷负荷系数法计算空调冷负荷为1964kw,冬季空调热负荷按稳定传热理论计算为1034kw。按房间功能和使用时间不同,将冷冻水系统在竖向划分为两个区,一至三层为一区,四至二十三层为二区,。该空调系统的冷热源组合方式为两台螺杆式冷水机组供冷,单台制冷量为1010kw;两台真空热水机组供热,单台供热量为582kw。机组置于地下室机房内。
空气调节系统主要如下:湿负荷比较小的空间采用全空气一次回风系统,客房及小空间采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。空气处理设备为风机盘管,吊挂式和立式风柜。
地下室的通风和排烟共用一个系统,地上的楼梯间采用机械防烟加压系统,中庭采用机械排烟。
