［摘要］本工程为光州新区第一中学学生宿舍，其功能是为学校学生提供住所。本工程为多层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，共五层，底层层高3.3米，其他层层高均为3.3米，建筑物总高度为18.5米，总建筑面积为4022.15平方米。4人间设计，有独立的卫生间和阳台，能满足440人入住。
本设计书包括如下部分：
1． 工程概况；
2． 楼盖设计；
3． 荷载计算；
4． 框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计；
5． 桩基础设计。

[Abstract]This is a student's dormitory of a middle school in the Guangzhou newly developed area. Its function is provides the residence for the school student. It is a multi-layer reinforced concrete frame. It has five stories, the height of the first storey is 3.3 meters, and the height of other stories are all 3.3 meters. The height of the whole building is 18.5 meters. The total floor space is 4022.15 square meters. One room can live four students, has the independence the bathroom and the balcony. Altogether can live 440 people.
This paper includes the following parts:
1. The survey of the program.
2. The design of the floor slab.
3. The calculation of the load.
4.The mechanical analysis，calculation and design of the frame.
5. The design of the pile base.
