毕业设计是普通高校本科教育中非常重要的一个环节,同时也是理论知识与实际应用相结合的重要环节。本设计为年产1万吨L-赖氨酸钠的生产车间设计,通过双酶法L-赖氨酸中糖发酵以及一次等电点提取工艺生产L-赖氨酸钠。本文对味精发酵生产工艺及主要设备作简要介绍,以期有助于了解通气发酵工艺和主要设备的有关知识。设计内容为,了解味精生产中的原料处理、发酵、提取部分的生产方法和生产流程,根据实际情况来选择发酵工段合适的生产流程,并对流程中的原料进行物料衡算、热量衡算及设备的选择。
