年产5万吨菠萝酒工厂设计
本设计为年产5万吨菠萝酒工厂的设计,采用菠萝原料发酵。工艺上的设计为:单浓度菠萝究竟连续发酵(工艺简单容易操作)、差压式蒸馏工艺(保证产品质量及提高热能利用率)、生石灰吸水法,通过物料衡算、设备选型计算、水电汽耗的计算等合理优化设计生产工艺过程。
