年产2万吨山楂酒工厂的设计——发酵工段及车间的设计
摘要 本设计是年产2万吨山楂酒工厂发酵工段及车间的设计,发酵原料为山楂。本设计对酒精的工厂进行了模拟计算和设备选型,力求理论和实践相结合。工艺上的设计为:单浓度山楂进行连续发酵(其工艺较为简单,并且易于操作)、主要蒸馏工段采用差压式二塔蒸馏机组(能有效利用热能)、生石灰吸水法,通过物料衡算、设备选型计算、水电汽耗的计算等合理优化设计生产工艺过程。 关键词:

ABSTRACT The design is an annual output of 20,000 tons of hawthorn wine factory fermentation section and workshop design, fermentation raw materials for the hawthorn. The design of the alcohol plant was simulated calculation and equipment selection, and strive to combine theory and practice. The technological process is designed as follows: single concentration of hawthorn for continuous fermentation (the process is simple, and easy to operate), the main distillation section using differential pressure two tower distillation unit (can effectively use heat energy), lime absorption by material balance, Equipment selection calculation, the calculation of water and electricity consumption, such as the rational optimization of the design and production process.
