住宅设计是一项繁重而又责任重大的工作,直接影响建筑物的安全、适用、经济和合理性,但在实际设计工作中,常常发生住宅结构设计的种种概念和方法上的差错.随着我国建筑规模和建筑速度的发展,建筑结构设计作为全面的、系统的工作,在结构的设计中存在着多种的问题,建筑结构设计过程却是复杂而又不可缺少的部分,建筑结构设计对建筑工程有着重要的作用。
本次某学生住宅楼工程设计综合运用所学过的基础理论和专业知识,以提高分析和解决工程实际问题的能力,熟悉工程设计的内容和程序,熟悉建筑设计的内容和步骤,掌握中小型民用建筑设计的原则和方法,掌握建筑施工图设计的深度要求及图纸的绘制表达方法。掌握一般中小型民用建筑结构选型的原则,掌握结构计算及结构施工图绘制的方法。
结构部分总的设计思路:在建筑结构的两个主轴方向分别考虑水平地震作用,各方向的水平地震作用应全部由该方向抗侧力结构承担。最后利用钢筋混凝土的相关原理进行构件配筋计算及校核。

Residential design is a heavy and responsible work,which directly affects the safety,application,economy and rationality of buildings,but in the actual design work,there are often a variety of conceptual and methodological errors in the design of residential structures. With the development of building scale and construction speed in China,architectural structure design,as a comprehensive and systematic work,has many problems in structural design,but the process of architectural structure design is complex and indispensable,and architectural structure design plays an important role in architectural engineering.
In order to improve the ability to analyze and solve practical engineering problems,familiar with the contents and procedures of engineering design,familiar with the contents and steps of architectural design,master the principles and methods of small and medium-sized civil architectural design,master the depth requirements of architectural construction drawing design and the drawing expression method. Master the principle of general small and medium-sized civil construction structure selection,master the method of structure calculation and construction drawing.
The general design idea of the structure part: the horizontal seismic action is considered in the two main axis directions of the building structure respectively,and the horizontal seismic action in each direction should be all undertaken by the lateral force resistant structure in that direction. Finally,the reinforcement calculation and checking of reinforced concrete are carried out.
