杭瑞高速湖北省阳新至通城段第09合同段施工组织设计
摘 要
改革开放以来，随着社会经济水平的不断提高，众多的公路工程、省道得以修建。公路工程作为当下最主要的交通运输途径之一，其技术质量对社会经济与人民的生产生活有着很大的影响。因此，必须要制定施工组织设计，施工组织设计是项目建设和指导工程施工的重要技术经济文件，是加强管理，加强设计要求，提高经济效益的重要手段，从而提升了工程的质量。
该公路工程施工组织设计是根据广州海航学院毕业任务书进行设计。编制公路工程施工组织设计时，合理统筹安排施工进度计划，确保工程质量，策划整个施工现场布置部署，人员配备，机械设备安排，材料组织，环境保护，施工方法，做到合理分配，分工明确，职责分明，经济合理，并制定相关措施，使工程顺利进行，建立一个较为完善的管理体系，有计划地组织协调施工人员有效劳动，科学合理的保证工程项目以高质量、低成本完成，提高施工效率。
本次施工组织设计通过对该工程的合理化，科学化分析，进行设计，完成了工期，质量，进度，成本的控制。施工组织设计具有不可替代性。

When drawing up the construction organization design of highway engineering, we should arrange the construction schedule reasonably, ensure the quality of the project, plan the whole construction site arrangement, staffing, mechanical equipment arrangement, material organization, environmental protection, construction method, make reasonable distribution, division of labor clearly, clear responsibilities, economy reasonably, and formulate relevant measures to make the project go smoothly, establish a relatively perfect management system, organize and coordinate the effective labor of the construction personnel in a planned way, ensure the project is completed with high quality and low cost scientifically and reasonably, and improve the construction Efficiency.
