某办公楼施工组织设计
【摘要】 本文是对XX办公楼工程编制的施工组织设计。该工程总建筑面积为2770㎡。本文从总施工布署、施工计划、工程主要施工方法、质量控制与工期保证措施、季节性施工措施和环境保护与文明施工管理等方面来编制施工组织设计。
本施工组织设计在工程概况中提出了该工程的特点和难点。在总施工部署中确立了施工现场平面布置的状况，编制了人力资源需求表，机械器具表，施工进度计划。在主要施工项目中详细描述了施工项目的施工方案。在保证措施中，提出了质量管理、安全生产的体系和措施。文明施工方面，在各个细节都建立了方案。在施工进度方面，编制网络计划图，以确保施工进度有效地进行。季节性施工方面也提出了分别应对各项施工的方案和措施。

【Abstract】 This is the construction design of XX steel structure office building porject. The project has a total construction area of 2770 square meters .The construction organization design contents are including total construction deployed, construction plan, the key parts of the construction scheme, quality control and period guarantee measures, seasonal construction measures, occupational health and safety and construction environment safety management.
The proposed construction design characteristics and difficulties of the project in the Project Overview. Establish the total construction deployment layout of the construction site conditions, preparing the human resource needs of tables, machinery and mechanical appliances tables, construction schedule. Detailed description of the major construction projects in the construction project of construction elements, requirements, and construction technology. Measures to ensure the proposed quality management, production safety systems and measures. Construction aspects of civilization, have been established in all the details of the program.
