摘 要
本设计的项目为武汉市海伦机械厂办公楼,建筑面积为1550.70m2。
本设计采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,共三层,总高度13.70m,属于低层建筑。建筑设计中主要完成了平面、立面设计及房间布置。
本设计所在地区抗震设防烈度为8度,框架结构的抗震等级为二级,所在场地土类别为二类。结构设计中主要包含了结构简图的确定,横向水平地震作用计算及位移验算,竖向荷载计算,水平地震作用下内力分析,竖向荷载作用下内力计算,框架内力组合,截面设计及施工图绘制等工作。其中后五项主要针对一榀典型框架进行。
本设计采用柱下十字交叉条形基础,进行了地基承载力验算及基础配筋计算。
最后进行了挡土墙设计,主要计算了重力式挡土墙和悬臂式挡土墙,并进行了比较。
本设计的各步骤均参照相关规范进行。

Abstract
The project is designed to be some scientific research building for the wuhan Hailun Machinery Factory. The area of the construction is 1550.70 m2.
This building which is multistory is designed to be 3-storey and 13.70m to the height. Reinforcement concrete structural system is also adopted in this project. The architectural design is mainly comprised of the complanate design, façade design and room disposal.
The seismic fortification intensity is 8 in the design area. The seismic rate of the framework is 2.The rate of the site earth is 2. What’s made up of the structural design lies in the confirming of the structure diagram, the checking computations of the strength and displacement under in-plane earthquake, computing under the vertical loads, analyzing of internal forces under in-plane earthquake, computing of the internal forces under the vertical loads, combing of the internal forces, designing of the cross section and drawing of the construction pictures. However, the last 5 items are only aimed at one typical frame.
Cross strip foundation is adopted in this design.The carrying capacity of the ground work and reinforcement of the foundation have both been done.
In the end, the retaining wall is designed, in which gravity retaining wall and cantilever sheet pile wall is computed and compared.
