办公室布置的主要的目标就是使企业的工作效率合理、通畅和最大限度的减少工作搬运，来达到降低工作效率成本的目的。因此，对办公室布置的研究具有重要的意义。

本文以企业的办公室布局作为研究对象，首先介绍了论文的背景意义以及国内外的发展现状，其次以传统的 SLP 方法和数学模型方法为基础，结合企业自身的特点，对企业存在的问题进行具体分析，包括工作流程设计，工艺过程分析，工作效率分析，绘制综合相关表；通过位置相关图，面积相关图确定三个可选的方案。最后，用加权因素法，以工作效率量最小为目标，求得平面布置的优化方案，从而达到降低投入，提高经济效益的目的。

The main goal of factory facility layout of  is to make the enterprise logistics reasonably smooth, and reduce material handling, to achieve the purpose of reducing logistics cost. Therefore, the research on plant facility layout has important significance.

Based on the layout of manufacturing facilities as the research object, firstly introduces the current development of the background and significance of domestic and foreign, followed by the SLP method and the traditional mathematical model as the basis, combined with the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, a detailed analysis into the problem of the existence of the business, including production process design, process analysis, logistics analysis, draw the comprehensive correlation table; by the position correlation chart, the area related chart to determine the three alternatives. Finally, using the weighted factor method, the minimum flow as the goal, to optimize the layout scheme is obtained, which can reduce the investment, improve economic benefit.
